Arlicia was incredible to work with. As first time home buyers we really didn’t know what to expect and she made the whole process so straight forward. We were under contract on a property that fell through (because of things found during the inspection) and ended up offering on another property two days later. It became a competitive situation and Arlicia made it possible for us to win with a super fast close! We truly have her to thank for landing our dream home :) And she was so reassuring and comforting along the way. Not to mention she was extremely responsive to answer any little or big question we had throughout, of which there were many. Would 1000000% recommend working with Arlicia!!!

They are responsive and quick, even though I applied on Friday I was able to get a pre-approval letter that same day in time for showings during the weekend. I was able to get a competitive rate (with no points) that other brokers were not able to match. And the process was quick with no surprises, I was cleared to close with a couple of weeks to spare. Arlicia goes the extra mile to help you out, I appreciate her recommendations regarding home insurance and what kind of and how much coverage I needed.

This is my second time using Elite Lending Solutions. I used Arlicia Jones when I made my purchase. She wasn’t my original lender. So we had a rocky start at the beginning. I was uncertain if she’d seal the deal. She assured me she would and she did!! So it was only right to use her services for my refi. And per usual, she did what needed to be done - she got that rate LOWER!!! I’ve gained a whole new level of respect for Arlicia. I appreciate her efforts, efficiency and commitment. When I make future purchases, and if they’re within her jurisdictions/areas she services, she will absolutely be my go to person.
